| Lakehead Wooded Retreat is generally rented between May 15th and September 15th on a weekly basis with additional days pro-rated. A $250.00 security/cleaning deposit will be collected prior to arrival. A $50.00 per person per week charge will be added for more than eight occupants. Reservation Rates: $990.00 per week ($140.00 for each additional night) Stays from 3 to 6 nights are available at $165.00 per night. 7th night is free. Stays of 2 nights at $195 per night will be considered only within 2 weeks of anticipated arrival date. Reservation Example: (One week, eight or fewer people) $ 250.00 Security/Cleaning deposit due at reservation $ 495.00 Due 90 days prior to your arrival date $ 495.00 Due 45 days prior to arrival to confirm + $ 99.00 10% Shasta County TOT (Vacation Rental Tax) $1,339.00 Total due prior to arrival (Security/Cleaning deposit, as appropriate, will be refunded following departure) PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS.
