LAKEHEAD WOODED RETREAT
Reservations
Lakehead Wooded Retreat is rented on a weekly basis with additional days pro-rated.  A  $250.00 security/cleaning deposit will be collected prior to arrival.   A $50.00 per person per week charge will be added for more than six occupants.

Stays of less than a week are available at $175.00 per day, and only if available within 21 days of arrival date.  Minimum stay is three days.

Reservation Rate:
$980.00 per week ($140.00 for each additional day)


Example: (One week, six or fewer people)
$   250.00  Security/Cleaning deposit due at reservation
$   490.00  Due 90 days prior to your arrival date
$   490.00  Due 45 days prior to arrival to confirm +
$    98.00 10% Shasta County TOT (Vacation Rental Tax)
$1,328.00  Total due prior to arrival
(Security/Cleaning deposit, as appropriate, will be refunded following departure)

The McNakevich Trust accepts reservations for all seasons.
We are now accepting reservations for 2008.
The Retreat is no longer available for the following dates in 2008:

07/03 - 07/07

Cancellation Policy—–Notice must be given:*
*At least 45 days in advance for a full refund, minus a $25.00 service charge
*At least 21 days in advance for a 50% refund,
*Less than 21 days in advance, no refund

Please:  No pets, and
Please:  No smoking indoors

Returned Check Fee:  $25.00
